Use case Before you send it, have it rewritten so it lands

Rewrite the text below so it reaches the person reading it.

Before rewriting, write these three lines.
- Who the text appears to be addressed to
- The one thing it is trying to say
- What is getting in the way of that

Then give the rewritten text.

Rules
- Do not change the meaning. Do not add facts or numbers
- Make it shorter than the original, never longer
- Replace jargon only where the reader is unlikely to know it
- Match the level of formality already in the text

After the rewrite, list up to three things you changed, with one line of reasoning each.
