Banana Keyboard Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Banana Keyboard (the service). The service is offered as a free beta.
What you may do
- Insert a prompt you choose into another app’s input field.
- Save your own prompts and sync them across devices.
- Publish your own prompts for other people to use.
Your account
- You sign in with an email link. Keeping that mailbox secure is your responsibility.
- Do not use multiple accounts to inflate like or save counts.
Prompts you publish
You keep the rights to what you publish. We do not take ownership of your prompts.
- Publishing lets other people read a prompt and add it to their own library.
- What they add becomes an independent copy that belongs to them.
- Unpublishing does not delete copies people already added. It only stops new ones.
- Publish only content that does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
What is not allowed
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, or other rights.
- Unlawful content, or content promoting violence, sexual exploitation, or discrimination.
- Bulk posting for promotion, or spam.
- Inflating like or save counts by any artificial means.
- Attacking, reverse engineering, or gaining unauthorised access to the service.
Reporting and removal
- Anyone can report a published prompt from the app or the web.
- We review reports and may unpublish or delete content that breaks these terms, without notice.
- We never tell an author who reported them.
Suspension and closure
- We may suspend an account that keeps breaking these terms.
- You can delete your account at any time. The deletion page explains how.
What we do not warrant
- This is a free beta. We do not warrant that content is accurate or that the service is always available.
- We are not responsible for what an AI generates. We insert prompt text; another app does the generating.
- We may change or end features without notice.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the updated version is published on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute about the service.
