Delete your account and data
How to request deletion of your Banana Keyboard (developer: Mojofull) Library account and the data linked to it.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to mojofull.furoku@gmail.com
- Use the subject line "Account deletion request".
- In the body, include the email address you use to sign in to Library.
- We will reply to confirm, then delete your data.
Please note
Our confirmation reply is sent to the email address registered in Library, so that we can verify the request comes from you.
Data that is deleted
- Account information (email address, public name)
- Prompts you saved in Library (title, body, use case, language, visibility, source URL)
- Cover images for your prompts
- Revision, update time, and sync state records used for syncing
- Prompts you published to the Community Library (they are withdrawn from public view)
Data that is not deleted
- Recents, favorites, and onboarding state stored only on your device (these are never sent to our servers; clear the app's data in Android settings to remove them)
- Copies of your prompts that other users saved to their own Library (a saved prompt becomes that person's independent private copy, so we cannot delete it)
- Records we are legally required to retain, where applicable
How long deletion takes
We delete your data from our servers within 30 days of accepting the request. Complete removal from backups can take up to a further 90 days.
Deleting data without deleting your account
You can delete individual saved prompts from the Library screen. Your account remains.
